Barrett Engineering warrants electronic products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for 12 months from the date of installation. The warranty for specific products may vary and may include service programs. This warranty will be considered void if the product is found to have been improperly installed, misused, abused, or disassembled.
To request warranty consideration, please contact Barrett Engineering at 360-876-5288. Upon receiving authorization, ship the product prepaid directly to Barrett Engineering, 15570 Diaz Place SW, Port Orchard, WA 98367.
Dealers and wholesale outlets for Barrett Engineering products are not required, nor are they authorized, to perform warranty repairs or exchanges on behalf of Barrett, nor are they authorized to modify this warranty in any way.
All warranties implied by law, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for particular purposes, are limited to 12 months from date products are put into service. In no event shall Barrett Engineering be held liable for incidental or consequential damages due to breach of this warranty or other warranties implied arising in connection with products, including without limitation, loss of product or damage to the ground, underground, or environment, whether arising under theories of tort, negligence, strict liability contract, or otherwise.
Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, nor do they allow the exclusion of incidental or consequential damages. Therefore the above stipulated limitations and/or exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights which may vary from state to state.
